Rotherham United are hopeful that midfielder Michael O'Connor will make his debut on Saturday against Heart of Midlothian at the New York Stadium on Saturday.

The twenty-four year old has been suffering from a groin strain but has been having fitness training three times a day to be ready for the friendly games and Millers Boss, Steve Evans will be considering him for Saturday's third pre-season friendly at home.

Steve told the Official Site, 'The kid has worked so hard in the last three weeks that everyone inside Rotherham United is willing him to do so well. He is now fitter than he has ever been and looking very sharp too.'
