RUFC - Kari here for promotion

Rotherham United midfielder Kari Arnason hopes to help the Millers play at a higher level.

Speaking to The Advertiser after the win on Tuesday night, the twenty-nine year old Icelandic International said, 'I`m hoping I can help Rotherham to back-to-back promotions. The bar is set very high here and we are under pressure not only to be promoted but to win the league.

'So far it`s going well and we haven`t lost a game yet which is very positive. On Tuesday there were some heavy legs and to be honest the game was too one-directional at times but we have a good group of lads and a good squad. Everyone is really professional and we`ve no excuses not to be fighting for promotion.`

I`ve seen Kari play three times now and I have to say I`m very impressed with him and he seems to be full of positives which can only brush off on his team mates.
