RUFC - Millers Boss 'Atmosphere is awesome'

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans wants to send a big Thank You to all the Millers fans who have made the atmosphere at the New York Stadium so awesome.

Speaking on his usual Gaffer on Sunday feature on the Official Site the Millers Boss said, 'Almost eighteen thousand people have watched us inside a week at the New York Stadium and we are hoping for a near full capacity on Tuesday and the atmosphere will be electric.

'Millers fans deserve a team to be proud of and by being together we can all have the success Rotherham United deserves.'

Evans also said that he thinks he will only be bringing one more player in and he isn't hopeful at all of bringing in Celtic striker Tony Watt either on loan or on a permanent deal. Saying that there are other players he is considering he won't be moving for them unless they are better than those already at the club.

After Tuesday the Millers have pre-season games at Mansfield, Stocksbridge and Stamford and Evans said they are all important games

I was there in the Hearts end (very nice stadium btw, you should be proud) and I have to say, hand on heart (sic) I never heard the Rotherham fans once.
