Rotherham United's midfielder Kari Arnason has been called up by the Icelandic National team.

Twenty-nine year old Kari, who already has twenty caps for his county, will join the squad on Sunday and will be in the squad to face the Faeroe Island on Wednesday.

It is thought that Kari will be available for the game at Hull on Saturday and will fly out to Iceland on Sunday morning and be back in time for training on Friday before the first game of the season, against Burton Albion at the New York Stadium, the next day.
