RUFC - Evans Impressed with Harris

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans says that each time he has seen the Millers loan signing Bob Harris he has been impressed.

Harris has signed today, initially for a month, from Blackpool with the Millers boss telling the Official Site, 'He is an accomplished defender, has a sweet left foot, and will offer us some real quality down the left hand side of the pitch.

'The lad is highly regarded at Blackpool but when talking to him this morning, he was aware of what Rotherham United was about and he was very keen to join the Millers. I would obviously like to thank Blackpool manager Ian Holloway for his help in signing this young man.

'Let me be absolutely clear, I only want players playing for this football club who are dedicated, motivated and have a real hunger to be successful for what I regard as outstanding supporters.'

Although signed initially for a month the Millers could extend the deal for the twenty-five year old for up to ninety-three days.
