'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - View From The Opposition - Aldershot

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans was delighted with his teams first away win of the season at Aldershot on Saturday and thought it could have been more than the three-nil it actually was.

But, of course, the Shots` Manager Dean Holdsworth was very disappointed saying, 'Until the goal I thought we were causing them (Rotherham) problems.`

Speaking after the game to BBC Surrey Holdsworth said, 'The first goal was a real blow for us. We were up against good players and didn't react and we`ve had some harsh words in the dressing room tonight. You can`t have shrinking violets in this team at the moment and when they go over the line they've got to be men.

'What I need now is them to stand up and show me their worth and that`s not just the players it`s everyone at the football club.`
