RUFC - Injury Update

Rotherham United had two early injuries this afternoon in the win over Plymouth Argyle at the New York Stadium.

Firstly Lionel Ainsworth suffered an arm injury in the warm-up and Gareth Evans had to replace him and a few minutes into the game Dale Tonge had to go off with Mark Bradley taking over from him.

Speaking after the game Millers Boss Steve Evans told Radio Sheffield, 'Lionel has dislocated a shoulder and the change was a late one and Evo wasn't really ready to play because it's a different warm-up and different preparations including mental preparation and we're waiting to see what the prognosis is of Dale Tonge. It looks like being a minimum of two or three weeks for Tongey and, of course, a lot longer for Lionel.'

Not sounding good for two of our players is it - I wonder if we'll be delving into the loan market again before the FA Cup game with Stevenage next weekend?
