RUFC - New Player In This Week?

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans says that he won`t be signing anyone just to sit on the bench.

With rumours doing the rounds that the Millers will be signing a winger in time for the next League game away to Fleetwood, the Millers Boss told Les Payne of The Star, 'I won`t sign anyone who I don`t think will go straight in and play. There`s no point signing someone to sit on his backside. But, anyone who does come in have to produce, if they don`t then they are on the bench.

With Lionel Ainsworth out for around twelve weeks Evans will be wanting to get someone in who will give Gareth Evans competition for the shirt but he has always said that he won`t be getting in players who are no better than what he`s got.

So whether he will get someone in today or after the weekend we can only wait and see.
