RUFC - Evans 'Come And Get Behind Us'

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans hopes the fans turn out in numbers this afternoon and get behind the team in the first round of the FA Cup.

Speaking to The Star the Millers Boss said, 'Our support has been magnificent this season and those fans deserve a cup run because this club hasn't had any cup success in years. When you have some cup success, they are magical days and we`d love a bit of that magic here.

'I met plenty of the fans at a function the other night and they'd love us to win but from the conversations I was having, the fans are expecting us to go out. But I believe we are capable of providing some overdue cup success at this club.

' hope they turn up again in numbers and come and get behind the boys because we`re all in this together and their backing could be the difference.'
