RUFC - Prings Taking Positives That Evans Is Back

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans has always refuted the claim that the turn around in the Millers since he returned from his stadium ban is due to his being on the touchline but midfielder Ben Pringle doesn't quite believe that.

Speaking to David Beddows of The Advertiser, the twenty-three year old, who was pushed into the wilderness a little under the former management team, said, 'Having the manager back sharpens you up. It`s a lot quieter when he`s not around. He comes on the sideline shouting and screaming and it just quickens you up and keeps you on your toes. Whether that`s been the difference in the last four or five games, I don`t know, but everyone will look to that and we have to take the positive that he`s back.

'Everyone is switched on now and things seem to have clicked. It is going to take time and steadily we`ll get it right.`

Speaking about tomorrow`s game at Dagenham, the former Derby player said, 'We`ve five unbeaten and are on form and should have enough quality to go there and get three points.`
