RUFC - Evans Hoping For More Signings In New Year

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans has told Millers fans to 'watch this space' for new signings in when the January Transfer Window re-opens.

Speaking in his usual Gaffer On Sunday spot on the Official Site the Millers Manager said that although he is satisfied with the two loan signings he got in on Thursday, that it wasn't really the satisfying day he was expecting after losing out on a couple of, what he called, 'quality signings'.

He did say how happy he was that Craig Morgan (signed an eighteen months contract) and Lee Frecklington (extended loan) had both committed their near future to the Millers. He did say that it was a difficult decision he had to make over letting Laurence Wilson leave, although he had to do what he thought best for the team.
