RUFC - Schofield Returns

RUFC - Schofield Returns

Rotherham United midfielder Danny Schofield has returned to the club after his loan deal with fellow League Two side Accrington Stanley came to an end.

The thirty-two year old former Huddersfield Town player joined the Millers from Millwall in the summer of 2011 making forty-one appearances last season with his only goal coming in the five-two defeat at Bristol Rovers.

Not thought to be in Steve Evans' plans, Danny joined Stanley on loan in September but due to injury only made a handful of appearances, the last being against Fleetwood when he came off the bench for the last minute of the game.

Whether Danny has a part to play with the Millers this season waits to be seen.
