RUFC - Jaybo Pleased With Win

Rotherham United midfielder Jason Taylor says that the Millers deserved the win on Saturday at Wimbledon.

Speaking after the one-nil win, the twenty-five year old former Stockport County player told MillersPlayer, 'The lads have dug in today and we got the right result.

'The back four are happy because we've kept a clean sheet and, although it was scrappy in midfield, we got in their faces and came out on top. When the games like that you have to slow it down and play at your tempo, keep the ball moving and be patient. I don't think we created loads of clear cut chances today but Kieran (Agard) came on and took his header well. I think Nards (Daniel Nardiello) put the 'keeper off a little bit and he maybe thought it was going wide but they all count.

'I think we played really well last week and it was unfortunate we didn't take out chances and we conceded a couple of sloppy goal but today it was a bit nitty gritty but we got the three points we needed.'
