RUFC - Teams Keeping Eye On Millers Youngster

Rotherham United youth midfielder/winger Nicky Walker is attracting attention from some of the 'big' boys in English football.

It is thought that the likes of Blackpool, Charlton, Reading and Swansea have been keeping tabs on the eighteen year old who is yet to sign professional terms with the Millers.

Nicky has scored a number of goals for the Millers Under eighteen team was handed his first team debut by Steve Evans when he came off the subs bench for the final minutes of the Millers game at the New York Stadium in the four-two win over Cheltenham in November.

I've been hearing lots of good things about this young man when he's been playing for the Reserves and personally I'd like to think we can hold on to him until he's established in the first team.
