'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC One on the way in?

Reports have been on the internet today linking Rotherham United with 22 year old striker Leigh Griffiths.

The striker started his career at Livingston. In June 2009 he signed for Dundee, moving to Wolverhampton in January 2011 for 150,000. During his time at Wolves he never featured on the field, making only one mark as an unused substitute.

In August 2011 he went on loan to Hibernian where he made headlines off the field as well as on! He was suspended twice for gesturing at supporters and there were also reports of a fracas with Hibs manager Pat Fenlon and his assistant. These were denied by the club. On the field he`s scored 11 goals in 36 appearances in 2011-12 season and 11 league goals so far this season.

Internationally, he`s had on call up to the full Scottish squad in November 2012 for the friendly against Luxembourg

I only know what I have read about this striker but he does not seem to take criticism very well - but 11 goals already means he must know where the net is
