RUFC - Adam Happy To Be Here

Rotherham United`s latest recruit Adam Morgan has told the Official Site that it was a 'no-brainer` to say 'yes` to his months loan.

Adam, who has featured three times for Liverpool in cup competitions this season, said it was quick how the move came around.

'I trained with Liverpool yesterday,` the eighteen year old said, 'and was then told that, if I wanted, I would be coming here on loan.

'I looked it up and saw the new stadium, saw the good reputation of the manager and it was a no-brainer for me to come.

'I don`t look at the step down the leagues, it`s about me getting the experience, getting some games and hopefully push Rotherham further into the promotion places.`

Asked what he would bring to the Millers, Adam said, 'I see myself as a goalscorer, I like to be in and around the box, so I feel my best position is through the middle but I`m just happy to play and I`ll work hard regardless which I think is one of the things the manager here liked about me.`

Adam has signed initially for a month but if he is happy and the management team at New York are happy then his time with the Millers could well be extended.

Once again Steve Evans seems to have worked very hard to get this youngster here - let's hope, like most of the other loanees we've had, he works out well.
