'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Defender Unsure Of His Future

Rotherham United have signed defender Liam Ridehalgh until the end of the season after he impressed the managerial team in the original loan spell he had with the club.

But the twenty-one year old, who has been out on loan to two other clubs in the last fifteen months, is ready to 'put down roots` with one club in the near future.

Speaking to Dom Howson of The Star the Huddersfield Town player said, 'I have really enjoyed my time at Rotherham. The stadium speaks for itself, the lads are brilliant and the manager is really good as well. And although it`s not ideal going out on loan I am really happy to have a good, solid four months of playing football. Hopefully I can play every game and be a big part of a successful team.`

With Huddersfield sending scouts to watch the Halifax born player`s progress with the Millers he is not saying anything about joining Rotherham on a permanent deal as he`s not sure of his future with the Championship side saying, 'I just want to do really well for Rotherham and we will see what happens in the summer.`

Liam joined the Millers in November and has made seven league starts, five of them with him ending on the winning side.
