Rotherham United Nostalgia Society

Rotherham United Nostalgia Society have former Miller Danny Hudson as their guest speaker on Thursday, 14th February.

Danny was a highly talented midfielder who was also an accurate passer of the ball. Coming up through the youth ranks Danny forced his way into the Millers first team in the 1997/8 season and he scored his first goal in the FA Cup six-nil drubbing of Kings Lynn.

He went on to play over thirty-five games for the Millers and also had a loan spell with Doncaster Rovers before joining Halifax Town in the summer of 2003. In March the following year he moved to Belper Town.

Although, due to work commitments, Danny probably won't arrive at the meeting until 9pm, the meeting, which takes place at The Green Dragon, Kimberworth, will still begin at 8.30pm with raffles, quizzes and general chit-chat (oh, sorry, debate) taking place until the former midfielders arrival.
