'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC Wh'd have thought it

Barclay`s premier league today named their player of the month for January. It was none less than Adam Le Fondre!

Something special for the man being hailed as the new supersub as he`s hardly played! The BBC`s final score are naming the 80th minute as "Le Fondre time".

The stats show he`s scored 5 times in 7 shots. How many more may he have scored if he`d been on for 90 minutes per game?

I can`t recall the exact quote today; however, it was something along the lines of "Who would have thought 18 months ago, I`d be here now?" No, we wouldn`t. We thought you`d do well as we believed in your talent to score at any level. The world`s your oyster, well done Alfie.
