RUFC - Evans 2/1 For County Job
Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans is now second favourite to become the next Manager of Notts County - although it`s understood that the Millers would not welcome any approach for the Scotsman.
County sacked Keith Curle almost two weeks ago and since then the rumormongers have been at work with suggestions that Evans high on the Magpies` list of 'wants`.
Evans was twice approached by County while he was at Crawley Town and what with County`s Chief Executive and the Millers Boss being friends plus the fact that Evans recently turned down an extension to his contact at the New York Stadium, it has made people put two and two together and come up with five.
The Millers recently beat County in an FA Cup re-play at Meadow Lane.
