RUFC - Noble Hoping For Top Two Finish

Rotherham United midfielder David Noble insists that the Millers can finish in the top two come the end of the season.

The Millers pushed themselves into third place with the win over Bristol Rovers on Tuesday night and Noble toldDavid Beddows of The Advertiser 'This is the most important part of the season and we have got ourselves in the right position. This is when the games really count. They are massive and we have to step up and put the performances in.

'We`re sitting nicely with games in hand but if we put a few runs together I don`t think the top two are out of sight yet.`

The Millers are five points behind second placed Port Vale and seven points behind Gillingham in first place going into the weekend. With the Millers not having a game this weekend, due to Bradford City`s involvement in the Cup Final, it could be we slip down to sixth - although if games go for us then we could well be sitting pretty at 5.00pm tomorrow.
