RUFC - View From The Opposition - York City

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans said that last nights draw was a point gained and that York City`s goal was the most fortuitous he`d ever seen.

Well I don`t think that the Minstermen`s Manager Gary Mills saw it quite like that!

Speaking to Radio York after the one-all draw, Mills said, 'I thought our shape, our discipline our desire tonight, our quality, was excellent. We all want that win but it wasn't to be.

'It's a draw away from home again. Maybe we would have taken that before we came but I thought we were a different class to Rotherham tonight.

'We`ve not had it easy over the last ten games but we keep believing in how we play and I know if we play like we did against Rotherham that we will get the points to make sure we are playing in this division next season.`
