RUFC - Prings Chance Of Starting At Southend

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans says that midfielder Ben Pringle has a good chance of being in the starting eleven on Saturday for the game at Adams Park against Southend.

Prings, who started the season well and scored three goals in the first four games of the season, has been out of favour with the management and was taken off at half-time in the loss against Burton Albion at the start of the month but has been doing well in Reserve games and made an impact on Tuesday night against York.

Starting on the bench on Tuesday he replaced David Noble for the last fifteen minutes and helped make the goal that gave the Millers their first draw at the New York Stadium.

Speaking to Football365.com the Millers Boss said, 'Ben Pringle's been hurting because he's not been in the team but it's good when he comes on and plays like he's been hurting. He's not got a chance of starting at the weekend.'

Prings, who signed a new two-and-a-half year contract in January with the Millers, has made thirty-five appearances this season scoring seven goals.
