RUFC - Evans 'Frecks Sensational'

Vital Rotherham on: facebook

Vital Rotherham on: twitter

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans has nothing but praise for midfielder Lee Frecklington.

Speaking to MillersPlayer the Millers Boss said, 'I thought he was outstanding in the first half at Southend and I don`t think their midfield players knew exactly where he was because he was causing havoc behind them.

'And he was absolutely sensational at Oxford and that`s a word I don`t use very often about a player.`

Like the Gaffer said after the win on Tuesday night at Oxford, Frecks covered every blade of grass at the Kassam Stadium. I think his work rate has been outstanding while he`s been with the Millers and has very often been my Man of the Match. I`m not saying he hasn't had the odd off day but he wouldn't be on his own would he? I think it was a good piece of work by Mr Evans that got Lee to sign a two-and-a-half year deal with us.
