RUFC - Evans 'Nards Outstanding' In Second Half
Rotherham United striker Daniel Nardiello scored two good goals at Adams Park last night to get the Millers a share of the points against Wycombe Wanderers.
Not seeming to get into the first half as much as we`d all have liked he started the second half like a man possessed and got into good positions to put the ball into the net.
Asked by Radio Sheffield what he`d said to his top scorer at half-time Millers Boss Steve Evans shrugged and said, 'What do you say to Nards? I just told him straight and it`s fair to say we had a few words with him at half-time, but we had a few words with a few of them.
'But let`s concentrate on the positives. I thought he was outstanding in the second half with his movement. We took him off because he was absolutely running on empty there was nothing left to give.`
