RUFC - Evans Wants Points

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans says that he wants to get six points from the next six games but also wants maximum points from the next two home games.

The Millers welcome Exeter City for their first visit to the New York tomorrow afternoon after losing two of their last three games with Wimbledon coming for the Good Friday game.

Speaking to David Beddows of The Advertiser the Millers Boss said, 'We know how tough it is to win on the road although we have been relatively successful in it but, at times, we have let ourselves down at home.`

Since the turn of the year the Millers have won just two games at home - against Aldershot and Chesterfield - and have actually only won one game during March which was away at Oxford.

Steve knows it was a poor showing last weekend at Cheltenham saying, 'We didn`t look after our game against a team in the top six last week and we have another this week. We need to take care of it and I`m sure if we get a win everyone will look forward to a special Bank Holiday match next week against Wimbledon and then we go to Gillingham on Easter Monday.

'It`s results time now and you have to win games.`
