RUFC - Kari 'It Was A Graft On Tuesday'

Rotherham United midfielder Kari Arnason said that the win over Bradford on Tuesday night which catapulted the Millers into third place was a graft.

Speaking to David Beddows of The Advertiser the thirty-year old said, 'From the first minute of Tuesday we could see what we were in for. They gave us no time on the ball and Bradford fouled a lot. We have some big boys back home in Iceland but I don`t think I have played against anyone like James Hanson before. He is unplayable in the air.

'It was a graft and I was just there to try and take some pressure off the centre-halves and back line which I thought we achieved.`

Arni will be going back to one of his old stomping grounds tomorrow when the Millers travel to Plymouth and he warned, 'It`s a tough place to go. They have been stringing some decent results together. We have come through three tough games and now we need to keep it going and not become complacent.`
