RUFC - View From The Opposition - Plymouth Argyle

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans said that his side defended heroically at Plymouth on Saturday and that they dug in and worked hard to get the three points.

Meanwhile Argyle Boss John Sheridan thought his team deserved something out of the game.

Speaking after the Millers win to Radio Devon, the Pilgrims Manager said, 'They are a very good team who are going for automatic and I thought we matched them and I didn't think we looked in any danger then we switched off and it's a straight forward ball in the box, a nothing ball. I don't think we deserved that but that's life.

'In the second half we were really taking the game to them and it's a crying shame because the players couldn't have given me any more and I think the fans appreciate that. Today we should have got something out of the game and we would have been safe.

'I've just got to stay focused now and make sure the players stay focused. There's one game to go and I've just got to believe that we will be one of the teams that stay in the league.'
