RUFC - Morgs Out With Tonsillitus

Rotherham United defender Craig Morgan didn't get to play in today`s promotion winning game due to a bout of tonsillitis.

The Millers Boss Steve Evans told Radio Sheffield after the win today that he`d had a call from his medical staff this morning to say that Craig had to stop at home.

' I've had a message from him after the game saying it was the longest afternoon of his life,` Evans said.

'He didn't come here to play League Two. We missed Morgs today and we missed him every week he was out with his broken leg when, thanks to the Chairman, we stuck by him. And, he stuck by us when better offers came in for him.`

I hope they save him a drop of champagne for when he's better!
