RUFC - Hunt 'I Just Want To Play Football'
Rotherham United's transfer listed defender Nicky Hunt has told Teamtalk.com that he would be willing to move abroad as long as he is playing football.
Nicky joined the Millers last summer after being told his contract wouldn't be renewed at Preston North End and still has a year left on his contract but Manager Steve Evans has told him that he is no longer needed at the club.
Saying he would prefer to remain in England he also said that he wouldn't rule out a move abroad saying, 'I just want to play football.
'A lot of thought has to go into decisions like this. We have a little girl and a lot of family close to me and these factors come into it. I might end up three hours away or I might end up half-a-hour away and you never know I might get a telephone call with an offer from Australia, USA, Cyprus, Greece, anywhere and I can't afford to rule anything out at this stage.'
Nicky made just nine appearances for the Millers before being loaned out to Accrington Stanley where he played another eleven times.
All at Vital Rotherham wish Nicky best wishes for his future.
