RUFC - Pen Pic - Mark Bradley

Mark Bradley

Welsh International Mark began his career with Walsall making his debut in the 2004/5 season and at the end of the 2007/8 season he was named the Saddlers' Young Player of the Year. After making over seventy appearances for Walsall, along with six other players, he was released by the club.

Mark joined the Millers in the summer of 2010 making his debut from the subs bench against Lincoln City in the first game of the 2010/11 season.

His first goal for the Millers came against Burton at the Pirelli Stadium in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in his first season. Not getting much first team game action then Manager Andy Scott spoke about putting the Welshman on the transfer list but had a change of mind and Mark played over twenty games.

This season Mark has played in thirty-three games and although he missed his penalty in the shoot-out with Hull City in the Carling Cup first round, he went on to score twice in FA Cup games and his only league goal coming in the three-two loss against Wycombe at the New York Stadium.

At the end of this season Mark was awarded a new one year contract.
