RUFC - Tids Signs In

Rotherham United have finally confirmed that midfielder Michael Tidser has joined the Millers from Greenock Morton.

With seemingly Millers Boss Steve Evans 'stealing' the twenty-three year old from under the noses of another League One club that Tidser had come over the border to sign for, Evans told the Official Site, 'We are delighted to have recruited this young man. We have watched the lad in action since the turn of the year and he has been in sparkling form and is sure to be an asset to the squad.'

Asked what he will bring to the Millers, the Gaffer said, 'Young Tids is a superb passer of the ball, he`s always inventive and creative and is now ready to establish himself at a higher level.'

Michael will be able to play against his former team next week in the friendly game at Cappielow Park.

Welcome to the Millers, Tids!
