RUFC - Richie Enjoying His Time With The Millers

Rotherham United loanee Richie Smallwood believes the Millers should have won the game at Carlisle on Saturday in the first half.

'With the chances we had the game should have been over in the first half,` the midfielder told the Official Site. 'The weather made it a typical game of two halves but we got the job done in the end.

'Again we showed our character with the late goal which was a great cross from Revs (Alex Revell) and a good finish from Kieran (Agard). In the end it was a great win for us.`

Saying he is enjoying his time with the Millers he said, 'We are in the play-off spots and, although you can`t look too far ahead, if we keep winning you never know what might happen.`

The twenty-three year old joined the Millers from Middlesbrough in January until the end of the season and Rotherham have won four and drawn one in the five games he has appeared in so far.
