RUFC - Evans Praise For Former Posh Duo

RUFC - Evans Praise For Former Posh Duo

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans says that he is expecting former Peterborough players Lee Frecklington and Craig Morgan to be looking forward to returning to London Road on Saturday.

The Millers Boss has always said how much he admires both players since they joined the Millers (Frecks originally on loan before signing in January 2013 and Morgs from Preston in September 2012) and told The Peterborough Telegraph, 'I was impressed with them both when they played for Posh and they have both been outstanding for me.

'I was surprised Peterborough let Lee Frecklington go but it is a  move that has worked out well for all parties as Posh were still successful without him. He is a great professional who trains hard and his form on the pitch has been exceptional.

'Craig has missed a few games because of injury but he is out club captain and e have a terrific winning record when he is the side. I admired him for a long time before I signed him and he's lived up to my expectations.'

Since joining the Millers Frecks has played over seventy games and scored twenty-one goals, twelve of them this season while Craig Morgan has made fifty-five appearances scoring one goal, so far and I am quite sure that every Millers fan would have both these players in their top eleven players of the season.
