'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Chairman 'Wear Your Shirt With Pride'

Rotherham United Chairman Tony Stewart is asking all the Millers fans to wear red on Thursday night at the New York Stadium.

The Millers take on Preston North End in the second leg of the play-offs and the Millers Chairman wants to look around the stadium and see a sea of red.

'It's important that when the team look up they know everyone is behind them and sporting their colours with pride. We're live on Sky and it would be tremendous for the people watching to see the ground filled to the rafters with red shirts.

'The support this year has been incredible and now we just need you for one morenight at New York to hopefully send us to Wembley.'

At close of play today in the ticket office there were just two hundred tickets left for Thursday's game - which is possibly the most important yet at the New York Stadium - with home supporters now seated in the 'away' end of the ground.
