RUFC - Prings Wants To Add To A Brilliant Season

Rotherham United midfielder Ben Pringle is being linked with various clubs in Yorkshire after having another good season but will have to put all talk of moving out of his mind as he travels with the Millers to Wembley tomorrow for Sunday's game against Leyton Orient.

Speaking to The Advertiser this week the twenty-four year old is looking forward to his first visit to Wembley he recalled the game last Thursday when the Millers beat Preston North End to get to the play-off final. 'If that shot had gone in that hit the woodwork then it would have been the perfect performance for me but it looks like I'll have to save a goal for Wembley.'

Saying some of his family will be at Wembley to watch him on Sunday, Ben carried on, 'Going there is just another thing to add to a brilliant season and if we win it will be unbelievable but we can't mark it down as anything yet.'

Prings is actually due a goal. Scoring six this season his last one came in the three-nil win away at Shrewsbury in January so having set quite a few up from crosses and corners maybe, just maybe, Wembley is crying out for a goal from Ben Pringle.
