RUFC - Evans Not Looking At Other Teams

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans is ready for the challenge that he knows his Millers side are going to have next season.

Quite a few of the clubs that are in the Championship are experienced there, and higher, and with the likes of Fulham spending big money recently the Millers know it`s going to be tough. But it`s not like Steve Evans hasn't spent money - and is still willing to buy big - with the Millers coming back to training with eleven new players and rumour is that there are more on the way.

Speaking to Paul Davis of the South Yorkshire Times the Millers Boss said, 'The size of the challenge is highlighted by a club, Fulham, spending £11.2 million on one player in Ross McCormack and other teams will spend big as well.

'But we won`t be thinking about that. We will be concentrating on ourselves and what we have to do.`

Evans has actually named Cardiff City and Nottingham Forest as teams he expects to sign 'big money` players before the end of the transfer window but I think we should be looking at Brentford as well who haven`t been shy at getting players in this season.

What do you think? Who do you expect to be called the 'money-bags of the Championship`? Tell us your thoughts here on Vital Rotherham….
