RUFC - View From The Opposition - Millwall

Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans was as pleased with his teams performance on Saturday as well as he was taking all three points.

Meanwhile Millwall Manager Ian Holloway must have been disappointed to end their thirteen match run especially at home.

Speaking to MillwallPlayer after the one-nil defeat, the Lions' Manager said, 'We knew how good they (Rotherham) would be but I'm disappointed that we've had sixty per cent of possession and only got one shot on target.

'We've had bodies getting in the box and put three wide of the goal when we should have hit the target. So it's very disappointing for the lads but you have to defend better than we did.

'We could have gone towards the top of the table if we'd have won. Well done to them. They've come here and ruined our day but it was a great effort from their players and a great effort from Steve (Evans) and Paul (Raynor).

'Today wasn't good enough, it wasn't one of our better performances.'
