'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Martin Woods

Midfield player, Martin Woods, has said today that he is enjoying his training with the Millers.

He told TEAMtalk that he is seeing sessions that he never saw at Sunderland and that the sessions are a really good standard.

Woods, 20, came to Millmoor in the summer after being released by Sunderland. He was a trainee with Leeds United, where he was capped for Scotland Youth and had a loan spell at Hartlepool before joining Sunderland last season.

He says because of the standard of training the Millers fear no one in League One.
