'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Facey Thanks Knill

Striker, Delroy Facey, told TEAMtalk that he has received strong support from Alan Knill after going nine games without scoring at the start of the season.

'When you`re not scoring your confidence is low but the manager is the kind who will encourage you and tries to get the best out of you. There`s nothing better than a manager having absolute faith in you.`

Much-travelled Facey, scored in the Millers one-all draw at the weekend.

He's coming on leaps and bounds just now and is one of the most in-form players at the moment.

He is yes. I always thought once he started to score he would go on a get a few - hope this doesn't put the mockers on him!
