'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Cheltenham v Rotherham

Cheltenham beat Rotherham 2-0 today at Whaddon Road

Alan Knill told the official site 'we are all disappointed. We did not play well today, but you can`t always play well. It was us going forward right to the end but we did not play at our best. Sometimes the quality might not have been there but the effort was. It is not all doom and gloom; it is only the second game we have lost in ten. I think the majority of teams in this division would like that record.`

Robin`s boss, John Ward, told their official site 'I am so pleased for the players and for the supporters - they have kept faith with us. But we need to produce performances like that a little more often. My goalkeeper and back four will be pleased with the clean sheet and it was a cracking goal from Brian Wilson. I will enjoy reading the newspapers tomorrow morning.`
