Michael Keane

Michael Keane

Michael Keane has today told the Official Site that, after having a major setback, he feels that his injury is coming on well.

'I got back into training and because I had missed so much I wanted to do extra work and the injury took a step backwards,` he said. 'I felt something was irritating me and a scan revealed a torn hamstring. Hopefully now it is over and done with.`

Michael hopes to be back competing for a place in the team in a couple of weeks.
