Sheridan On Oldham`s Win At Millmoor

John Sheridan told the Oldham Official Site that he was very happy with a win at Millmoor yesterday. 'Rotherham have had some excellent wins against the top teams,` he said, 'and we`ve had three very hard games against them.

'I was comfortable going in at half time with a 2 goal cushion and I thought we dominated the first half. I told the lads in the dressing room at half time that they would have to battle in the second half and stand up for themselves.`

Although he had doubts over the 80th minute penalty he said, 'nothing a referee gives surprises me anymore.

'To come here and get a result against a team in good form is excellent.`
