RICHARD LEONARD HABBIN
Born: Cambridge, 6 January, 1949
Career:
Reading 3/69;
Rotherham United 1/75;
Doncaster Rovers 9/77
A skilful front player, Dick had a superb start to his career at Rotherham United who he joined after playing over 200 league games for Reading.
From the beginning of February 1975, he played in all the remaining games when his scoring return of one goal every two games helped the Millers to win promotion from Division Four.
That proved to be his most successful spell as a striker and he subsequently was played as a midfield provider or wide man on the right with his goals becoming a much more precious commodity.
1974/75: League apps 21 goals 10
1975/76: League apps 40 goals 7 Cup apps 4
1976/77: League apps 17+4 goals 2 Cup apps 3
1977/78: League app 1+1 Cup app 1

Millers career record 92 apps 19 goals
