'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Stephen Brogan

Young midfield player, Stephen Brogan, spoke on the Official Site about how he thinks he is doing at Millmoor. (www.themillers.co.uk)

'I have been playing well in the reserves,` he said, 'and putting my point across to Knilly. I am pleased with the way it`s been going and I am just happy to get my chance.

'The manager and I are in agreement that my best position is centre midfield but with the current injury situation I was asked to play at left back. If it means I am getting a chance to play then I will grab it with both hands. I was asked to do a job and that`s what I did.

'I am happy with the way I have played and will carry on from here.`

Looks like a player that's been around a while. Certainly got an experianced head on his young shoulders.

He impressed me on Monday. Seemed like quite a gritty, determined player.
