Promising midfielder Toumani Diagouraga came over from Paris with several other Academy scholars and immediately showed why he would appear to have a bright future at Watford with a string of impressive performances in the Academy side. Equally at home in a sitting midfield role or playing behind the main striker, the versatile Parisian signed a professional contract a few short months after his 17th birthday and will be looking to progress further in the 2006/07 campaign after spending much of the previous season on loan at Swindon Town.
