Rotherham Reserves march on.

A very young Millers reserve team beat Grimsby Town 1-0 at Blundell Park last night to remain on top of the Pontins Holiday League table.

The only goal of the game came after just 2 minutes when Zeph Thomas scored his first of the season for the Reserves to go with the 6 goals he has already netted for the Youth team.

3 chances were wasted by the Mariners before the break, but on the stroke of half time, Lewis Hilton created an opening to double the score for Rotherham but he shot wide from 6 yards.

After the interval 2 more chances fell to Grimsby, but a resiliant Millers defence held out and grabbed the 3 points.
