RUFC - Potter Disappointed After Saturday's Loss

Rotherham United midfielder Darren Potter thought the Millers had done 'more than enough' to win the game at Peterborough yesterday saying the lads were all disappointed to come away with nothing.

Speaking after the two-one loss to Radio Sheffield the thirty-two year old said, 'Their two goals were very disappointing from our point of view but, even so, we still felt we'd done enough to have got something out of the game.

'We came from behind to get back in the game and I felt that we were the only team in the ascendency up until the second goal. I felt we played Peterborough off the park in the second half and they were the ones holding on in the end.

'In that little scramble in the first half I will never know how the ball didn't cross the line and, if that had gone in, it would have been a different game. But we want points on the board and we've come away with absolutely nothing.

'I think there are plenty of positives to take from the game and we will learn from today.'
