RUFC - Who Will Start Tonight?

RUFC - Who Will Start Tonight?

With the Millers travelling to the John Smith's Stadium for the second round of the EFL Cup this evening, how will they line up against Huddersfield?

I have to imagine that if he's fit Richard O'Donnell will again start in goal - although I am wondering when Laurence Bilboe is going to get a chance in the first team?

In truth, I don't think Warney will make that many changes to Saturday's starting eleven.

I think Josh Emmanuel will play and Joe Mattock.

But what about Semi Ajayi? He was 'Mr Reliable' last season but he has made a couple of mistakes this season including one that led to Peterborough's winning goal on Saturday. Or was it a mix up between him and O'Donnell? If Ajayi is in the bad books and doesn't start I'd think Richard Wood could get his first league start.

Michael Ihiekwe should keep his place and Lee Frecklington had the best game I've seen for a while on Saturday and I can't see him being dropped.

Darren Potter and Joe Newell did nothing wrong at the weekend and Ryan Williams was my Man of the Match.

I can't see any reason why Saturday's scorer at London Road, Kieffer Moore won't be in the first eleven unless Warney is thinking of resting him for Saturday - but, as in-form striker wouldn't he want to play? And will he line-up next to Jamie Proctor or maybe David Ball?

For what it's worth, my starting eleven would be

Bilboe

Emmanuel
Mattock
Wood
Ihiekwe

Frecks
Potter
Newell
Williams

David Ball
Kieffer Moore

What would your starting eleven be?
