'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Partridge -'Other Side of the Coin'

Rotherham United's diminutive winger, Richie Partridge, told TEAMtalk that 'It was good, brilliant in October when we were doing well, but now it is the other side of the coin and every single player needs to stand up and be counted.'

Partridge, 26, joined the Millers as one of manager, Alan Knill's summer signings and was impressive at the start of the campaign. But, a dip in form recently, saw him sat on the bench last weekend in the goaless draw with Brighton.

'It was all well and good when things were going well and we had a good run and picked up the points but we've all got to dig deep now' he said. 'We have to show the manager what sort of a squad he has; show him our character.'

you need to start winning soon because most of the bottom clubs have suddenly started winning.

most of the players have said something in a similar vein dazza71 but it's no good just talking about it they need to act on it and very quickly other wise we will be in very deep trouble we have a small mountain to climb at the moment but it's managable but keep playing the way we are and it won't be so come on rotherham show us what your made of FFS

Yes, Richie isn't the only player to say this - show it, that's what us, the fans need to see
